Масленица еще не закончилась, и я решила поделиться рецептом блинов, которые мы готовили вместе с мамой👩👧
🍽понадобится пшено - брала на глаз, но думаю грамм 150-200 было яйца - 3 шт мука ~ 300гр дрожжи - 1 пачка соль сахар молоко - 200гр
🍽приготовление Варим крупу, как приготовилась, добавляем молоко,разбиваем в неё яйца, соль/сахар, дрожжи, муку. Всё перемешиваем венчиком. Сковородку смазываем маслом и выпекаем толстые блины🥞
получается очень сытно и вкусно😋
Василисе, правда, по душе пришлись обычные тонкие блинчики, а такие блины мы ели сами))
Но вам советую попробовать и желаю приятного аппетита🍴
