— от 3000 до 5000 рублей для граждан; — от 25 000 до 50 000 рублей для должностных лиц; — от 100 000 до 200 000 рублей для юридических лиц.
При этом, информирование женщины о наличии медицинских и социальных показаний к прерыванию беременности не будет являться склонением к аборту.
Ранее днем власти Мордовии приняли закон о запрете склонения женщин к искусственному прерыванию беременности. Глава республики Артем Здунов заявил, что инициатива общественной палаты региона прошла обсуждения и получила большую поддержку религиозных и общественных организаций мусульман.
