Глава Днепропетровской ОВА Сергей Лисак сообщил, что в Никопольском районе Днепропетровской области совершён обстрел с использованием дрона-камикадзе. В результате пострадали пять человек: четыре женщины в возрасте от 36 до 71 года и мужчина 62 лет.

Одна из пострадавших была госпитализирована в состоянии средней тяжести, остальные получили лёгкие ранения. Кроме того, повреждены автозаправочная станция и автомобиль.

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
