Предположительно, причиной послужил административный штраф, связанном с «иноагентским» статусом музыканта, который он получил в сентябре 2023 года. Котляров отказался маркировать свои посты в социальных сетях соответствующими отметками, что могло привести к штрафу от 10 до 30 тысяч рублей по статье 19.34 КоАП РФ.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
