‼️ Желание сэкономить на оплате электроэнергии привело уже второго смоленского предпринимателя в СИЗО. По данным @smolleaks, в настоящее время под стражей находится предприниматель Андрей Лужецкий, который, как сообщалось ранее, попытался дать взятку в размере 75 тысяч рублей сотруднику энергокомпании за сокрытие от учета реального объема электроэнергии на своих объектах недвижимости. А вслед за ним под следствием оказался и еще один предприниматель с известной в Смоленске фамилией – Руслан Шистеров, которому принадлежат отель «City» на улице Крупской и торговые павильоны на улице Памфилова. Предприниматели проходят по разным уголовным делам, но оба дела связаны с дачей взятки.
