🔹индивидуальные предприниматели, зарегистрированные и осуществляющие деятельность в районах, отнесенных к 5-й категории, освобождены от уплаты налога на доходы физических лиц в фиксированном размере;
🔹Жокаргы Кенесу Республики Каракалпакстан и Кенгашам народных депутатов областей предоставлено право вводить для индивидуальных предпринимателейв районах, отнесенных к 4-й категории, понижающие коэффициенты до 0,5 по НДФЛ в фиксированном размере.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
