Тема доклада: «Опыт церковной реабилитации отпавших от Православия в неоязычество», а также он участвовал в обсуждении «Круглого стола» — «Актуальные аспекты противосектантской миссии».

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
