Мое мнение - это не вариант для Путина, который взялся за всю Украину. Но само по себе такое послание - это важно. Попытка поиска внутри элиты альтернативного войне сценария в условиях отсутствия здоровой дискуссии внутри власти по стратегическим решениям.
