На участке находится фасадная стена сохранившееся от здания 19 века, которое в 2008-09 года, под видом реконструкции, разрушено.
Теперь MR Group сможет построить на участке элитный жилой дом общей площадью 9350 м². Сохранит ли застройщик фасадную стену авторства Нирнзее — вопрос открытый.
