Архитектурные решения комплекса разработаны бюро Kleinewelt Architekten.

Судя по динамике продаж офисов в первой очереди проекта, складывается впечатление, что их там купила половина Москвы. А теперь, видимо, пришла очередь второй половины Москвы задуматься о покупке офиса.
