Девелопер Regions Development получил положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства жилого комплекса Dream Riva в Нагатинском затоне.

Согласно документу, комплекс состоит из трех башен высотой от 24 до 27 этажей, объединенных стилобатом. Общая площадь ЖК составит 72 401 м².

Также в состав проекта входит многофункциональный гостиничный комплекс состоящий из двух корпусов высотой в 14 и 19 этажей, объединенных стилобатом.

Архитектурна концепция будущего комплекса разработана бюро ATRIUM.

Напомню, что изначально на этом участке планировалось построить многофункциональный гостиничный комплекс с апартаментами, но девелопер смог перевести проект в жилье.
