«Телегин задержан правоохранительными органами, в ближайшее время будет решен вопрос об избрании ему меры пресечения», — пишет ТАСС со ссылкой на источник.
Как сообщала ранее пресс-служба регионального правительства, отставка Телегина была связана с состоянием его здоровья.
