Пензу начали украшать ко Дню Победы. Конечно, основная часть работы — впереди. Однако, кое-что уже успели сделать. На сегодняшний день разместили посвященное 80-летию Победы тканевое панно на монументе «Паровоз» и три баннера на многоквартирных домах на проспекте Победы (напротив ПО «Электроприбор»). На 20 экранах торговых центров и цифровых билбордах начали транслировать тематические видеоролики. До 9 Мая в городе разместят ещё 50 баннеров вдоль дорог, 50 — на остановках общественного транспорта, а также арт-объекты.
