Если раньше в стоимость контракта не были включены дополнительные транспортные расходы, то сейчас Argus учитывает издержки при доставке клиенту. По этой причине для определения цены опрашиваются теперь конечные индийские покупатели и трейдеры. Согласно новым котировкам, скидка на Urals к марке Brent после 7 марта составляет $17 за баррель.
Хотя отечественный бенчмарк еще не появился, новая система расчета более объективна. Теперь США и ЕС смогут отслеживать реальный эффект от ценовых потолков на нефть.
