Фонд «Сколково» (Группа ВЭБ.РФ) совместно с аналитическим центром TAdviser провели масштабное исследование российского рынка CRM (Customer Relationship Management, системы управления взаимоотношениями с клиентами).
В исследовании приняли участие разработчики 23 российских CRM, а также их заказчики из банков, розничной торговли, химической промышленности, фармацевтики, металлургии и страхования.
