Принципиальное отличие от ссылок вида www.group-telegram.com/username заключается лишь в том, что адрес личного профиля, группы или открытого канала располагается в начале короткой ссылки.
Такие веб-сайты уже функционируют в любом браузере, говорится в канале Павла Дурова.
