Шторм, вызванный циклоном Чарли, нанес ущерб береговой инфраструктуре в нескольких прибрежных населенных пунктах региона, включая Янтарный, Пионерский и Зеленоградск.
В поселке Рыбное, на территории базы БФУ им. Канта, штормовая абразия привела к серьезным разрушениям: коренной берег размыт на всем протяжении по верхней бровке уступа.
