В правительстве Приморского края изменился состав. Министр транспорта и дорожного хозяйства Виктор Свяченовский ушёл со своего поста по собственному желанию. 22 октября он сложил полномочия. Теперь его обязанности временно будет исполнять первый заместитель министра Алексей Игнатенко.
В середине октября Свяченовский наобещал, что отремонтирует 100 км дорог в регионе, что конечно мало для края в ДФО. Но, видимо, обещания не исполнятся, если только Игнатенко не продолжит «эффективную» политику своего предшественника. Пусть хоть что-то уже отремонтируют.

Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
