Писал уже не раз со ссылкой на исследования географов, где наиболее целесообразно размещение новой столицы – где сходятся центры тяжестей населения России, её путей сообщения, среднее по климатической норме и т.п. И у них выходило, что это Средняя Волга – что-то типа Ульяновска-Чебоксар-Казани.
Другое дело, нужно ли это сейчас, первоочередная ли это задача для страны – новая столица? Вон как быстро идея Шойгу о строительстве новых городов в Сибири заглохла.
