👆👆👆 Сегодня вечером проректор ДВФУ Кайданович объявил о «большом числе обращений» от студентов с просьбой разобраться в нарушениях на прямых выборах в ОСС. От лояльных, разумеется, студентов. Даже ЦИК не позволяет себе менять правила проведения выборов после выборов! А ДВФУ позволяет. Поэтому проректор «рекомендует» ОСС и Департаменту молодежной политики вместе переделать «актуализировать перечень нормативно-правовых актов […] и повторно провести процедуру Прямых выборов с ликвидацией всех нарушений».
Хихихинкали. Ну кто бы сомневался.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
