На выборах в ГосСовет (парламент Коми) сохранится смешанная система. Изменения по выборам здесь связаны только с перенарезкой округов из-за изменения численности избирателей. Из Воркуты наблюдается большой отъезд населения, поэтому из двух округов остается один. Логично и увеличение участка в Сыктывдинском округе вокруг столицы Коми, это агломерационные процессы.

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
