К началу декабря средний чек по льготной ипотеке превысил 6 млн рублей, следует из данных ОКБ. При этом в большинстве регионов это максимальная сумма, которую можно взять по сниженной ставке, а значит, часть ссуды нужно оформлять по завышенным рыночным процентам.
Всего по итогам 11 месяцев 2024 года россияне оформили рыночной и льготной ипотеки на 4,66 трлн рублей, сообщили в ОКБ. Показатель упал на 37% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом 2023-го, когда было выдано ссуд на 7,4 трлн рублей.
