Взрыв в девятиэтажке утром 8 сентября разбудил половину квартала Заречье в подмосковном Ногинске. Все произошло в 6:55 по адресу улица 28-го Июня, 9а.
Звук взрыва был очень страшный — мы всей семьей подскочили, — рассказала kp.ruжительница дома №9 Оксана, который расположен напротив. Полетело стекло на асфальт — повыбивало окна и в нашем доме от взрывной волны. Мы на последнем этаже живем, а взрыв был на первых. И все равно у нас все разлетелось, хотя тут расстояние минимум 50 метров. Дальше грохот осыпающихся стен и перекрытий...
