Мы видим, что они не хотят подписывать договор», - сказал Мирзоян в среду в ходе панельной дискуссии на полях форума по безопасности в Варшаве.
По его словам, в Азербайджане говорят, что еще многое надо согласовать, однако в мире нет ни одного документа, который мог бы включить все вопросы.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
