Председатель Госдумы Вячеслав Володин сообщил, что за прошлый год было возбуждено 6496 административных дел по нарушениям правил продажи никотинсодержащей и табачной продукции, что на 53,7% больше, чем за 2022 год.
Предлагается увеличить штрафы за продажу табачной продукции несовершеннолетним: для физлиц — до 300 тысяч рублей (сейчас от 40 до 60 тысяч рублей), для должностных лиц — до 700 тысяч рублей (сейчас от 150 до 300 тысяч рублей), для юрлиц — до двух миллионов рублей (сейчас от 400 до 600 тысяч рублей).
