В хокимияте Мирабадского района столицы произошел инцидент, получивший широкий общественный резонанс. Председатель товарищества собственников жилья (ТСЖ) Зарина Толипова заявила, что подверглась физическому насилию со стороны начальника жилищно-коммунального отдела Отабека Атоева. По ее словам, чиновник силой вырвал у нее телефон и разорвал на ней одежду. Районная администрация в свою очередь отрицает слова женщины: там заявляют, что все было иначе.
