Такие поездки на Украину давно стали ритуальными. Но они хорошо показывают, какое направление внешней политики является для ЕС безусловным приоритетом. Это противостояние с Россией. Всё остальное - вторично.
Но для России это не так плохо. Здесь можно противостоять Евросоюзу в третьих странах. Упоротые, чванливые и высокомерные фон дер Ляйен и Каллас дают нам возможность воспользоваться их ошибками в странах Не-Запада.
А в самой Европе можно играть на том, что вместо того, чтобы заниматься делами европейцев, они всё время уделяют России. И бить в эту точку. В тот самый примат внешней политики над внутренней...
Вопрос в том, чтобы работать системно, а не искать "договорняк". Этой Еврокомиссии противостоять можно.

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
