در این کارگاه که بصورت تخصصی به بررسی فصول و قوانین کد گذاری در ICD-۱۱ پرداخته شد، دکتر ساجد عربیان با اشاره به اهمیت ارتقای سطح دانش و مهارت‌های کدگذاری، ابراز امیدواری کرد که شرکت‌کنندگان بتوانند از این تجربه بهره‌مند شوند و به بهبود سیستم‌های بهداشتی و درمانی کشور کمک کنند.

But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
