ЕР там потерпела сокрушительное поражение, но администрация Выборгского района смогла как-то убедить коммунистов и часть независимых мундепов объединиться с ЕР для создания большинства в муниципалитете.
За "измену" Евстафьевой пообещали должность главы муниципалитета.
А в 2022 году на довыборах в Светлановское "победили" 6 единороссов, и никто ЕР больше уже не нужен: т.к. муниципалитет теперь стал подконтрольным.
