В Красноярске сегодня завершилось рассмотрение уголовного дела 61-летнего Юрия Лапшина, бывшего главы краевого правительства. По ч. 3 ст. 286 УК РФ (превышение должностных полномочий с причинением тяжких последствий) экс-чиновнику назначили три с половиной года колонии общего режима и взяли под стражу, сообщила прокуратура Красноярского края.
Кроме того, ему установлен запрет на занятие государственных должностей сроком на 2,5 года. Гособвинение просило для Юрия Лапшина шесть лет заключения.
Причиной уголовных дела стал срыв госконтракта на выполнение работ по корректировке проектно-сметной документации по строительству метрополитена стоимостью 954 млн руб. Деньги были похищены.
