Победитель торгов должен будет сделать 357 видеоматериалов в формате «репортаж» и «новостные сюжеты». На эти цели власти Саратовской области готовы потратить 31,4 миллиона рублей.
В требования входит выход в эфир сюжетов на ТВ в период с 08:00 до 23:00. Кроме того, их обязательно должны повторять, а также размещать на сайте телеканала.
Весьма интересные и «необходимые» затраты у чиновников, конечно. Ну а что ещё делать, если авторитет саратовских властей находится буквально на дне, а негативных новостей хочется избежать.
