Депутат томской областной законодательной думы Геннадий Сергеенко будет курировать работу с избирателями на едином избирательном округе, которую ранее вёл его коллега Юрий Журавлёв. Соответствующий проект постановления сессия областного парламента рассмотрит на этой неделе.
В начале 2025 года года Юрий Журавлёв подписал контракт с Минобороны для участия в специальной военной операции. Дополнительные полномочия на Сергеенко предложено возложить на время отсутствия Журавлёва.
Кроме того, дума планирует на той же сессии принять изменения в закон о статусе областного депутата, чтобы регламентировать работу помощников депутата в подобных случаях.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
