Хороши в начале лактации, мне понравились вот такие, менять рекомендовано каждые 1,5-2 часа, так как при долгом ношении могут вызвать закупорку (со слов моего маммолога и со мной такое было кстати) ✔️
Удобно если делать банк молока и замораживать его, мне не пригодилось так как я боялась гиперлактации и не создавала банк молока, однако для тех кто хочет - это точно пригодится ✔️

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
