В России предложили снизить минимальный срок владения недвижимостью, после которого можно не уплачивать НДФЛ с дохода от ее продажи. Соответствующий законопроект сегодня внесли в Госдуму депутаты партии ЛДПР, следует из материалов на сайте нижней палаты парламента.
В пояснительной записке к документу напоминается, что сегодня доходы от продажи недвижимого имущества не облагаются налогом, если оно находится в собственности у налогоплательщика минимум пять лет. Продать недвижимость, перешедшую в порядке наследования или по договору дарения, без ущерба для бюджета можно через три года.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
