Он считает, что это связано это с тем, что все мошенники теперь орудуют на Украине. Интересная взаимосвязь, конечно.
Речицкий выдвинул интересную гипотезу, но надеемся, что полиция не станет расслабляться из-за внешних событий и не упустит важные проблемы на уровне региона.
