Навіть, якщо у вас дивне хоббі і ви любите почитати "законотвочість", то навряд у вас стане часу ознайомитись зі всіма новинками. Не кажучи вже про "розібратись" і "зрозуміти".
Мені здається цей спам неадекватним. Законів має бути мало і вони мають бути простими та зрозумілими.
