На этот раз в эпицентре событий оказался министр спорта Якутии Леонид Спиридонов. Дело все в том, что он заключил государственный контракт на общую сумму в 17 млн рублей со странной мини-компанией, состоящей из одного человека.
ООО «АМИКАН.РУ», которая зарегистрирована в квартире жилого дома, министр Спиридонов лично доверил 13,1 млн рублей бюджетных средств, чтобы к середине лета в Якутск были доставлены уличные тренажеры.
Ничего удивительного в том, что выполнение контракта оказалось сорваны – однако после этого председатель правительства Якутии Андрей Тарасенко своим распоряжением 19 августа разрешил увеличить не только сроки поставки, но и цену государственного контракта до 17,1 млн рублей.
Очень сомневаемся в том, что эта закупка пройдет гладко – зато не сомневаемся в том, что глава республики окружил себя бездарными чиновниками, которые только и могут нарушать закон и пилить бюджетные деньги.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
