Природное явление обычно наблюдают во время летнего периода – солнце поднимается на высоту 58° над горизонтом, его лучи проходят и преломляются через кристаллы льда в перистых облаках, и те, в свою очередь, начинают светиться радужным сиянием.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
