После прибытия гражданина Зудина из г. Полярный и регистрации 27 июня в столице, всего спустя двое суток, 29 июня, судья Тверского районного суда г. Москвы Ксения Панова вынесла постановление и передала дело по подсудности дальше ... вероятнее всего возвратила его в Мурманскую область.
