В августе Басманный суд ограничил Антонине Фаворской срок ознакомления с материалами дела и постановил изучить 51 том дела всего за неделю. Адвокат Евгения Григорьева обжаловала данное решение. Прокурор заявил, что дело журналистов, обвиняемых в сотрудничестве с экстремистским ФБК, уже рассматривается по существу в Нагатинском районном суде. В итоге судья Светлана Бекетова постановила прекратить производство по жалобе.
