Да и министр обороны Нидерландов Рубен Брекельманс утверждает, что среди стран — членов НАТО все еще нет единогласного решения по этому вопросу. В любом случае ждать осталось недолго.
Впрочем, предвыборные обещания и заявления – зачастую весьма неточны и иносказательны. Трамп тоже, как истинный торгаш, много чего успел понаобещать, но поживем-увидим.
