🏗️Застройщики Neinor, Metrovacesa и Aedas Homes утверждают, что инициатива правительства Испании по ограничению покупок жилья нерезидентами из стран вне ЕС не окажет значительного влияния на их финансовые результаты 😳 У Neinor в 2024 покупатели-нерезиденты составили лишь 2% от всех продаж. У Aedas Homes и Metrovacesa по 5% 🤷🏻
