После проверки прокуратурой района в адрес руководителей управляющих организаций внесено 2 представления об устранении нарушений федерального законодательства и потребовано привести общедомовое имущество многоквартирных домов в надлежащее состояние, а также возбуждено 2 дела об административном правонарушении по ст. 7.22 КоАП РФ (нарушение правил содержания и ремонта жилых домов и (или) жилых помещений).
