📑 Служба подвела итоги контрольной деятельности в сфере закупок:
📌 Общее количество поступивших жалоб – 39 201. 📌 По существу ФАС рассмотрела 31 769 жалоб – на 31% меньше, чем в 2023 году. Это связано с тем, что с 2024 году служба не рассматривает обращения «профессиональных жалобщиков». 📌 Обоснованными (в том числе частично) признаны 12 659 обращений. 📌 Выдано 11 251 предписание об устранении выявленных нарушений. 📌 Служба рассмотрела 30 808 обращений о включении информации об участниках закупок в РНП. 📌 Принято 15 244 решения (49,4 %) о включении информации в РНП. Основная причина – одностороннее расторжение контракта (13 537 случаев). #закупки

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
