Оздоев является воспитанником спортивной школы «Строгино», где выступал за юношескую и молодежную команды. Также полузащитник ранее выступал за молодежную команду ЦСКА, «Рубин-2», «Химки».
Трудовое соглашение заключено до 31 мая 2027 года.
