Согласно картотеке арбитражных дел, «Югжилсервис», «РЭП «Севжилфонд» и «Севжилсервис» не заплатили севастопольским коммунальщикам миллионы рублей. В июне прошлого года, после ПМЭФ-2017, Агасьян заявил о покупке этих компаний (плюс «Севастопольский расчетный центр») своей акционеркой «Городские инновационные технологии».
В итоге деньги, собранные тремя управляшками с населения, так и не дошли до энергетиков и других поставщиков. А правоохранительные органы до сих пор игнорируют заявления обманутых собственников жилья.
