Финансирование пойдет на улучшение качества жизни крымчан. В частности, запланировано строительство 21 спортивного зала в учебных заведениях, а также увеличение числа объектов спортивной инфраструктуры и ФОКов в Керчи, Феодосии и Армянске с шести до девяти.

"There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
