На балансе последней находятся 2,1 га зели и одноименный центр на 22 500 кв.м на Тишинской площади в самом центре города. Как следует из решения, ответчик полностью погасил долг перед властями за аренду участка в размере 4,5 млн руб. В целом все ожидаемо, просто констатирую факт. Мы же ждем продажи комплекса, когда-нибудь это все-таки случится.
