Знание среди покупателей осталось на НЕ высоком уровне. Особенно предубеждение что "на Озоне нельзя оплатить после получения" распространено у лояльных покупателей WB.
В этой связи, сегодня, МЫ (Ozon) запускаем ПОСТОПЛАТУ НА ВСЕ категории, за некоторым исключением (RFBS, CrossBorder, Эконом и некоторые другие).
На какие Side-эффекты я рассчитываю:
1) Вырастить знание о постоплате -> Увеличить продажи в Fashion 2) Вырастить конверсию в Оформление заказа в целом, да, это влияет и довольно прилично 3) Выправить CVP в глазах новичков и лояльных клиентов WB.
P.S. Ozon продолжает догонять WB в Fashion. Рост Ozonа по итогам 2 квартала 24ого был опережающим (+70% год к году) и вновь оказался выше таргета WB в 60%
