#السؤال(643): لي رغبة بدراسة الشريعة ولوالدتي رآي آخر : وهو أن أدرس الأدب العربي لشغفها بالروايات أملًا أن أصبح أديبا. #قلت: الكليات الشرعية بوضعها الحالي لن تعلمك الشريعة، هي تلقنك الفقه التقليدي؛ الذي يتعلمه العامي في الجامع أو المجتمع، ودراسة الأدب في جامعات العرب ليست أحسن حظا؛ بل أسوأ، ففي الكليتين يتخرج الطالب نصف عامي متعالم، ومن هنا تحتاج إلى دراسة ذاتية اخطبوطية تسير في الاتجاهات كافة، فطالب الفقه يقرأ في الفقه، وطالب الحديث يقرأ الحديث، أما الأديب فسيقرأ كل علم وفن، فالعقاد أكثر ثقافة من طه عبد الرحمن؛ لأنه أديب، ونزار قباني أعلم بمعتقدات الشعوب وطقوسها ورموزها من كل مشايخ العرب لأنه شاعر. في الغرب لا يوجد أديب وفيلسوف، وإنما هما شخص واحد فالفيلسوف أديب والأديب فيلسوف، لأن الفكر أحيانا لا يسير إلا على ظهر سفينة الأدب كي يصل للجمهور، ولهذا إن قلت عن فولتير : إنه فيلسوف صدقت وإن قلت هو أديب صدقت أيضا، وكذلك ألبير كامي وروسو وميكافيللي والقائمة تطول. والنتيجة: لا تعول في دراستك على غير جهدك الذاتي المنظّم، فالجامعات مؤسسات لتسطيح العقول، فالتمرد على فخ التعليم أول مراتب الحرية والعلم.
